Upon confirmation of your order, we will send you a Confirmation of Order in writing (by e-mail or otherwise). This Confirmation of Order constitutes our acceptance of your order and indicates the existence of a binding sales documentation.
When ordering a product via this site or any other channels, you will receive a quotation and invoice that will be sent to you in writing (to your e-mail address as a PDF attachment or otherwise)
When the payment should be made on/or before shipment, specify a time frame.
We try to ensure that the information, including artwork descriptions, dimensions, and colours, provided on digital platforms, in advertisements or catalogues, or as provided through any communication medium is accurate and complete. However, we make no guarantees, whether express or implied, in relation to the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of such information. In particular, any description and information concerning the weight, size, or colours of the artworks are indications only and may vary slightly.
artbyABDA covers all artwork delivery within the UAE (United Arab Emirates). In some cases, there might be additional charges keeping in mind the sizes, quantity, and delivery methods, and will be agreed with you accordingly.
We will use reasonable efforts to ensure delivery by the carrier within the estimated delivery lead time from the date of our written Confirmation of Order and in any event within thirty (30) days after that date, except if your purchase relates to an artwork that we have explained to you will take additional time to deliver, for example in the case of an art piece that we personalise or produce to your specifications.
If you are purchasing from a country whose borders charge duty to imported merchandise, you will be requested to pay for this import fee upon delivery or before, depending upon the exact method.
If the import fee is not paid and the item is shipped back to artbyABDA and arrives safely, we will refund you for the items minus any additional cost of return shipping. If the package is abandoned because duty is not accepted, we will be unable to refund you for the lost items. If the piece is returned damaged or broken, we will not be able to refund you for the lost items.
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt except for delicate pieces like framed artworks, illustrations, and paintings. Please inform us via email with your preference to return your order to: connect@artbyabda.com. You will receive a refund excluding delivery costs and if there were any other additional costs customised to your order such as specific framing, installation, etc. However, we can not ensure or convey the exact days on which your money will be re-credited to your account, since refunds are linked to the bank’s processes which might differ from bank to bank.
Please make sure that the products are returned in their original condition. As a client you are responsible for the return of the package, if we receive it back damaged, we can unfortunately not reimburse the purchase amount.
Please note that we will not be able to return or accept any refund if the product was customized as per your request.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All our terms are in compliance with the applicable Laws in the United Arab Emirates whereas Dubai.
Courts shall have the exclusive Jurisdiction to look into any disputes that might arise thereafter.
